Our unique framework was designed around

terminology and phases of procurement
dovetail with the standards from the
Project Management Institute.
The main objective of our framework is
to produce and implement the Procurement
Management Plan. The plan outlines the
procurement approach and the timing of
the various activities necessary to
obtain the required goods and/or
services. In the case of a single source
recommendation, the plan also includes
the rationale for why the single source
is the best approach for our Client, and
provides justification for obtaining
